Yes! You can transcribe files up to 200 MB without creating an account. To download the result, you'll need a free account (no credit card required).
What languages are supported?
DeepScript supports 99 languages including German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic, and many more. Language is auto-detected by default.
How accurate is the free transcription?
The free tool uses our Standard model with excellent accuracy across all supported languages. For even higher accuracy with finer speaker separation and DACH dialect support, upgrade to Premium.
What file formats are supported?
We support MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, M4A (audio) and MP4, WebM (video). Maximum file size is 200 MB for the free tool, or 500 MB with an account.
Is my audio data safe?
Absolutely. All processing happens on our own servers in Germany. Your audio is never shared with third parties and is deleted after processing. We are fully GDPR compliant.
How do I get SRT subtitles?
Create a free account to access all export formats including SRT, VTT, TXT, and JSON. You get 3 free transcriptions with every new account.
Can I use this for YouTube subtitles?
Yes – export your transcription as SRT or VTT and upload directly to YouTube. Free account required for subtitle export.
