Of course. Shall we get started right away?

Yes I'll record the conversation, is that okay?

Medical dictations contain especially sensitive personal data – patient names, diagnoses, treatment history. DeepScript processes them exclusively on our own hardware in Germany, no US subprocessors. The Premium model is trained on medical vocabulary: Latin anatomical terms, ICD codes, medication names. For practices and hospitals the GDPR-compliant alternative to Dragon Medical and similar US services.

How it works

From recording to transcript in a few steps

Review in editor, double-check patient name and date of birth. Move to practice system (Medistar, Turbomed) as DOCX or via JSON import.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the data really suitable for GDPR health-data compliance?+

Yes. Processing exclusively in Germany (Hetzner Nuremberg), no US subprocessor, EU-to-EU DPA under Art. 28 GDPR, separate privacy notice for health data (special categories under Art. 9 GDPR) on request. For EHR integration we provide an additional KIS-specific DPA.

How accurate is medical terminology?+

With Premium model + medical vocabulary: >97% word accuracy on typical doctor's letters, in our hospital beta tests. For rare terms (e.g. tropical medicine) it's worth extending the vocabulary practice-specific.

Can DeepScript write directly into the EHR/KIS?+

Not out-of-the-box – we deliver JSON and DOCX; your EHR/KIS provider needs to accept that on their side. We're happy to help with integration; FHIR output is on the roadmap.

Is my dictation used for model training?+

No. We don't train on customer data or patient data. Audio + transcript are auto-deleted after 30 days (or stored permanently with Pro). Codified in our terms.
