Yes. Speech processing runs exclusively on our own servers in Germany, with no US cloud and no subprocessors outside the EU. Stripe (used for billing only, never for audio) operates under EU standard contractual clauses; the DPA documents the Schrems II situation.
Does the platform meet BSI baseline requirements?
Yes, the relevant modules (SYS.1, NET.3, ORP.3) are implemented — mandatory 2FA for admins, segmented networks, patch management, full audit log. A mapping table is available on request.
Can the service be procured via public tender?
Yes. We are a German company, ISO 27001 certified, with DPA and TOM documentation. Typical eligibility and capability evidence can be provided; we support tender documentation.
How does DeepScript integrate with an eAkte or case-handling system?
Via the REST API: transcripts are retrieved as structured JSON (with speaker labels, word timestamps, confidence) and written into the target system. Webhooks notify on completion.
Who has access to recordings from sessions and hearings?
Only individuals with explicit directory permissions in your agency. DeepScript staff do not access content; technical support requires an explicit release and every access is recorded in the audit log.
