How accurate is the free transcription?
The free tool uses our Standard model which provides excellent accuracy across all supported languages. For even higher accuracy with speaker detection and DACH dialect support, upgrade to Premium.
What file formats are supported?
We support MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, M4A (audio) and MP4, WebM (video). Maximum file size is 50 MB for the free tool, or 500 MB with an account.
Is my audio data safe?
Absolutely. All processing happens on our own servers in Germany. Your audio is never shared with third parties and is deleted after processing. We are fully GDPR/DSGVO compliant.
